Eligibility
  • New students with outstanding achievements in international, national or local sports competitions.
  • Local or non-local elite athletes who are admitted to full‐time Honours or Ordinary Bachelor’s Degree programmes offered by HKMU through Joint University Programmes Admission System (JUPAS), Non-JUPAS, National College Entrance Examination (NCEE) or direct application.

For local applicants, please complete this form and upload the required documents before 31 January 2025.
For non-local applicants, please complete this form and upload the required documents before 31 May 2025.
  1. Recent passport size photograph;
  2. Certificates of your outstanding sports achievements; 
  3. Sports Curriculum Vitae;
  4. Reference letter from the respective Sports Association/ Hong Kong Sports Institute (If any); and
  5. Sports highlight video (If any).


申請資格

  • 於國際性、全國或本地運動比賽中獲得卓越成就的新生。
  • 已透過大學聯合招生(聯招)、非聯招、內地高考或直接招生(非本地生)報讀本校全日制副學位、榮譽學士學位或學士學位課程之本地或非本地運動員。

申請者(本地生)請於2025年1月31日前填妥此表格及上載所需文件。
申請者(非本地生)請於2025年5月31日前填妥此表格及上載所需文件。
  1. 最近拍攝的護照相片；
  2. 比賽證書／參賽證；
  3. 個人運動履歷表；
  4. 體育總會／香港體育學院推薦信 (如有)；及
  5. 比賽精華短片(如有)。
